DESCRIPTION

In 2010, this Washington DC establishment outgrew it's original digs and moved into a much grander space. I was hired to decorate the new interior. The artwork harmonizes with the architecture while delivering visual "punch lines" worthy of the bar's namesake. Four commissioned sculptures, an "upside down" room, fifteen large scale collages featuring characters from the original Alice in Wonderland, a distorted mirror, and several framed posters and prints fill the space.
